no they arent in season till mid november.....and by then they have already shed their antlers so it is VERY difficult to tell them apart from a rabbit. This is where my keen eyes come in to play.

Hey I wish ya luck jim, those jackalopes are crazy little critters, get at them before the horns fall of though or you wont tell the difference from a rabbit..
