Page 27 of the
regulations has the information you need. Basically, if you shot and registered a doe last year in a zone that was Herd Control and is now EAB, you prequalified and should have already received a sticker. If you take a doe this year in an EAB unit, you get a sticker good for this year or next year in an EAB unit. If you take a doe this year in a herd control unit that becomes EAB next year, you prequalify for a sticker for EAB.
