if you scope tracks true(and not many lesser scopes do) its unneeded. ive seen ALOT of scopes that wont move until you tap it a couple times or until you fire a round.

they say even most leupolds dont track true. i guess i got lucky with my 6-18AOT. when sighting in i measured and counted clicks i needed to move..it was right on. when shooting longer range groundhogs i will "click" my distance in and it works great. i aint about to smack or tap a 450$ piece of glass
