Not been able to hunt during the week. Last weekend it was too warm but went out anyway. Didn't see much movement at all. Put another stand up along my pasture fence where the deer have been crossing and hunted it once on Sunday with no sightings. Monday a front moved thru and while I was cleaning the horse pens after work I saw 4 big does right under that stand eating acorns.[:@] If I only would have gotten home a little earlier. Oh well. Duck season opens this weekend and I will be hunting them Sat. & Sun. but I took Mon. off to deer hunt. They should start chasing real soon up here.
