We have a little .223 and .243 in them and they are good rifles for the money. The only problem we've noticed is it will sometimes have the case stuck in it and you have to pull it out. I've shot a crow at 200 yards with the .223 after someone told me I could never hit it with the little rifle. If you want a inexpensive rifle they are great.
