Well Dang JIM... and we are trying to help by telling he hung it wrong. I think if you'll notice I also agreed we should always check them. I wasn't trying to save live but get him to look at the way he hung the thing. You call it bashing... I call it pointing out the obvious. So we know what happened and we're suppose to tell the guy, "yeh, you are the hero, you're right, we should check our stands"???? When really this all could have been avoided with a better job of installation. This crap about one leg settling in the dirt because of rain is just that, a wild Azzzzzzzzz guess. If you stand on that stand when you're hooking it up and jump up and down a time or two on the first run in the beginning it settles in... usually almost if not to the firstrung which will prevent the dreaded "Sinking because of rain".
