Well $60...I'd say the PRO MT by Viper but you'll have to add another $100 to it, Not sure what their other lower end line runs, great fibers in all of them...let me look through Cabelas quick.

Cabelas' 4 pin Extended Fiber Optic Sight, $50...best sight for the $ Looks to be made by Viper or like them.

Nothing else under $60 worth looking at...
