Hey Moose,

The Taxidermist I know told me he would chargs 100.00 a ft for a bear rug. He also said that the measurement was from tip of nose to tail. Not standing, or stretched from toe to toe. So a 5 ft bear would be 500.00 and full mount would be 800.00. I think but not too sure that there is alot more work that goes into a rug. I have to get down there to make sure he is still in business, cause I cant get him by phone. Anyone from Centralia area around???

Slee I know that area you are talking about, I hunted waterfowl there one time on the marsh. My duck season was limited out there since they wont let the non-military out on the base now. I also heard 21 was real good hunting and it's a little further out. All the deer I have seen in there, walk along the little roads inside the property.

Was out there the other day on 15 letting the dogs swim in that little pond, and the fish were jumping all over the place. Water levels are low but still enough to put a small boat out there.
