I was in a local hunting store looknig at pictures of deer taken last year and I came across a photo of a guy in the bed of his truck holding up a huge buck. Also in the bed of his truck was tons of empty corn sacks and spilled corn everywhere. Not being 100% sure he baited but in the grand scheme of things if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck... its a duck. Can't bait in Indiana either so its kind of annoying that some people choose not to follow state law.
