Not unless he was having fun with his girlfriend the night before and was still wearing his glow in the dark condom! He would then need to dab a bit of UV killer on it so it won't glow too bright and scare off the deer. Then again if he were hunting naked the cold would shrink his weener pretty quick that the condom would probably fall off well before he reached his stand!! Maybe a squirrel or chipmunk can then roll it back up and use it as a hat or something!
