One, you need to whipe the bottom of your vanes off with Acetone, and you also need to whipe the shaft down with acetone. Otherwise, you may be getting oil between the fletching and shaft. Also, you need to make sure there arent any air bubbles when you put the glue on, cause this will cause a week adherence. When you get a vane on, pull the arrow out and hold it up to the light to see if you can see underneath the vane. If light is shining through, then there not seated properly to the shaft and you need to adjust your jig.
