Lee -

I tried the 44 - 300 XTP's because of the stated (by Hornady) BC at .245 and SD of .21 in combination with the 300 grain weight.

The Speer site shows the .452 - 300's at BC of .233 and SD of .21.

Hornady show the 10MM-200's at BC of .199 with SD .179.

Where did you find the Speer BC of .269 for the 300's? (I'm certain I've missed something here)

It would seem the SW in 10mm - 250 should be a heck of a bullet with far better BC than the 200XTP. Any BC/SD data on that bullet available?
I know the Nosler Partition .452 300g is .199, it is hard to believe that the Hornady 300g XTPs are .233, the Hollow Point on the Hornady seems like to me it would be lower than the Nosler, which is flat on the top. I question the Hornady value. The speer .269? Wow, hard to believe that also.
