I've hunted in the general area of both, tons of deer and turkeys. Arrive early for sign in and go deeper than the rest of the guys, a deer cart isn't a bad idea. Using a mapping service to get the lay of the place will show you the funnels and escape routes, a topo map will be worth it's weight too. The terrain tends to be hilly and thickly wooded, bring a GPS if you have one, borrow one if you don't.
