If its like my Omega it will shoot almost any good bullet,although you may have a few problems with that powder if you live in a humid area. I also avoid the Rem 209 they did not give the as good a result in any of my MZ as the regular win. 209 niether did 777 209 in my new Triumph. As far as the best bullet is concerned it depends more on the circumstances, I have 6 different loads that will shoot very close to the same sight settings, in close quarters I prefer the 250 or 300gr Gold dot, for extremm distance the 50/40 200gr shoch wave is unbeatable the 250 and 300 gr Shock Waves and the 200gr 40 cal XTP are very good all round bullets. the powder loads I worked out are from 90 to 120 gr 777 for the Triump and from 110 to 150 gr RS in the Omega. I had loads worked out with APP but run into some cans of powder that shot all over the place and dont trust it any more. Lee
