It has been my experience that the deer move best just before and just after the rain. However if it is just misting or light rain get out there. I generally don't like to hunt in the rain, fear of losing a blood trail and all...plus I don't like to get wet, but once I did and saw deer that I knew were in the area, but never had seen during legal hunting hours.
