The rest needs work. I have a similar stand and replace/add somethings to make it right. I see the rest is not a tube but a bar. No worries there. The rail is a tube though ifI remember right. I filled mine with a nylon spacer to keep it from crushing, added nylon spacers and new bolts/locknuts/washers. The straps are like the belts, I can't believe for the price they aren't much better. Both for a price are an upgrade. Standard on less expensive stands. I don't get it.
