Default RE: W/B- When should I?

RTA47,

It actually doesn't take much to get back shooting good again. I experimented with mine a few months back after another one of those huge Whisker Biscuit threadswhere some folks were saying it ruins their fletchings.

I purposely moved it too far out of center shotto see what would happen. Sure enough the fletchings were slamming into the bristles on an angle as it left the biscuit. Still didn't tear up my fletchings but it did leave some sort of a scuff mark onthembut it really started to mess up the biscuit.

The arrow still flew pretty good believe it or not, of course it wasn't hitting where I was aiming anymore but the arrow appeared to be flying good. After a few shots I started to see some abnormal wear on the biscuit. I re-adjusted it back tohow I had it setand all was fine again.

Try this.....Set it to true center shot with the string. Then instead of paper, due a walk back tune. I have found that works best. You will see that you won't have to move the resttoo much (if any)to get shooting a straight line up and down. Re-set your sights and your back in business.

Good Luck.
