i believe that crossbows should be in the same season as muzzleloaders, not compounds and primitive weapons. im sorry that i have to stand up in my stand for most shots, turn my hips to a good deer angle, and use a peep sight instead of a scope.... crossbows are not the same by any means. if i can sit there wearing a dress, sipping a cup of tea, and sniping deer where no movement is involved in my part, all seasons would be gun season.
