If there is something illegal going on. Contact the DNR and let them know.
But if not, then its like I stated...its his land so leave him alone.
This happens all the time here in the South. Someone from another area moves in and doesn't agree with "baiting" or what have you so they try to start stuff and try to get it changed. If you don't like it, you don't have to hunt. The other guys has a right to hunt how he wants as long as its legal. JUST LIKE YOU DO!!!!
Dude, I have a situation that is far worse than yours. We own 18ac. on the outer corner of a 1,000ac that is owned by a pure *******. we have been at battle for years now. he even told me that (my property line is the state line) I was a sorry hunter and person b/c I hunted my land starting in Sept. and he couldn't hunt his until the end of Oct. I'm not even going to get into the details.
It is illegal to use a "homemade" treestand in your state? Define "homemade"???
