[/align]He put the stand up lastyear. He just started baiting it this year. Prior to this year , he was gun hunting during bow season. His wife would call the DNR everytime someone was hunting nearby. They could never get my buddy{the land owner that gave me permision to hunt his land} because he was always legal. This guy is no saint{which is why my buddy told me to be careful of him. He is trying to do things right this year. Why wouldn't I try to work with him on that? Here is a solutionfor you Tom; I pull my stand out, and call the DNR on his homemade stand. That way nobody wins. But it would be O.K. by you because I am following the laws and I'm not telling him what to do with his land.
