The law says that starting today, all bowhunters must wear orange on head and torso while walking and have a specified minimum amount of orange displayed, on their tree, visible from 360 degrees while sitting on stand. I wonder if the bowhunter followed the law. Even if he didn't, there is still no excuse for shooting him.
I was nearly shot in this same way once. I was so pissed I jumped out of the tree and chased the perp. I actually knew him. He was my next door neighbor!
