for me:

100 hornady balls : 13$----13 cents a piece


100 patches 5$----5cents a piece

1lb of schuetzen powder 15$-------20cents a shot @ 90gr charge

1lb of goex priming powder 15$-----1 cent(actually way less...but to be fair)

sooo it costs me 39 cents to fire my flintlock buying balls and patches and powder...

can get by REALLY cheap if you cut your own patches and cast your own balls...


costs me over a buck a shot to fire my 3006 or 22-250....pay over 2$ a shot for my 12ga turkey loads..

so shooting my flintlock is CHEAP! lol. only thing i can beat it with is my 22lr...
