I truly think that's best, I really do. You (like I have) can let slip some information about a screw up you have made and how the person you are responding to can learn from it.
Everybody has made mistakes while hunting....nobody is perfect. It's how folks take in information and apply it to their situation is where the gray area starts. By taking in the information given by those who have walked in those shoes, a newbie (or experienced) hunter can ask themselves if what they are doing is asethical and responsible to the animals they are hunting.
Only then can he make the changes needed to become a better hunter. It may entail stopping of all hunting for a while orgetting out and practicing more in different more "hunting like" situations/positions or a multitude of any other things.
Yes I do feel we can help by relaying our misfortunes as well as our success, but too much of anything is not always good.
