Usually its either a glue or shaft cleaning problem. I have had the worst luck using Bohning Platinum glue. I clean shaft with acetone then clean bottom of vanes, even have ruffed them up wid fine grain sand paper! They still would fly off. I cured that problem, i started using Goats tuff glue!
