Alright, lets have a jerky contest. Everyone send a sample of your favorite venison jerky to me and I'll judge everyone of them. Of course, for this to be fair, everyone who subscribes to this forum needs to send me an 8 ounce bag. I'll have the results by next year....Well, now that I think about it, by the time I get to the last of the jerky it'll probably be a little stale so I'd have to have everyone send me another sample! Gotta be fair about it! LOL
