I really don't see the point in changing clothes to something that you "only wear into the woods". The clothes you have on don't change the fact that you still smell like a human being. Your hands grabbing the tree branches, pushing bushes aside, sweat dripping off your forehead,etc... leave more scent than the shirt you have on does.
