A Hunting Pard of mine is a cop....

He can carry anywhere anytime AS LONG as it is deemed in conjunction with HIS departmental policy.....

IOW...if his boss says no then he can't carry.

If you are a non LEO, you MUST have a NYSconcealed weapon license to carry in NYS, and there are limitations to where you can carry,period.

While bow hunting during ANY open bow season, early or late....you CANNOT be in possession of a "Firearm" per the reg book.
