get yerself a gun if you wanna extend your range. Rob is right on...many guys think they are like rifles that shoot arrows..WRONG. heck...alot of compound bows are coming close to/beating their speeds nowadays....

and if you cant practice with a bow past 25 how do you plan to practice with a crossbow past 25?????
