I know I don't have a picture to prove it, but the other day I took my Savage 116 .270 out and ran 10 shots through it pretty fast, racking the bolt and firing as soon as the crosshairs alligned with the target.I wassitting onthe groundand resting the forend on a little table. I think i could have covered all of the holes, excepting one or two of them, with my clenched fist.
Again, I don't have a picture and I wasn't shooting from a very solid rest (never shot my rifle from a benchrest), but I thought that that was a tolerable group for deer hunting this year.
