Id say go with the 60-70 because that bow will turn down below 60 lbs prolly around 55 or maybe lower depending. Then you can keep workin it up to that mid 60s range as you get stronger. Your gonna have more arrow speed and more kinetic energy in yourarrow if you work up to that mid 60s range than if you stay in the 50s range. Youll be able to shoot more confident at farther dstances. This way wit the 60-70 you should be able to start pullin it in themid 50srange yet get your bow up in the 60s in no time. It doesnt take much just shoot2-3 nights a week till you start getting tired (but no longer, one you start getting tired quite,otherwise you'll pick up bad habits in your shooting),and your shoulder muscles with get there in no time.
