It never ceases to amaze me....an entire goverment agency that seems to need lithium.

DNR: " We are really low on funds so we might need to raise license fees by 30%."

DNR: " Let' s spend time, money, and resources putting radio collars on deer in the CWD zone."

...anyone wonder why only 18% of sportsmen have a great deal of confidence in the DNR?
