RJ - nothing at all to do with the MSRP - I was just saying that $800+ is a TON of money for a bow. I wasn't saying that just b/c it costs $800 then that means that a dealer is making a mint on it.
Just saying...without getting specific...that with what Bowtech charges their high-volume dealers (invoice price), that$829 (msrp)is awfully steep, and somebody is making a lot of money (profit margin)if they're actually charging that price at the point of sale.
Justvoicing my opinion, that's all - from a consumer's perspective.
I don't know that I've ever seen a Bowtech priced at MSRP in a pro shop. Generally they are in the $649-699 range unless you go with a custom camo option.
