OH NO!! Say it aint so!!!
The last2 days Ive been seeing more deer feeding right under/around my stand than Ive seensince the season opened for me Sept 15th. 1 of which was a real studand was bewteen 45 and 50 yards out at the closest, Im guessing his score would bearound 160 as have a taken a 151 and several 140s. Anyway, my wife dropped the bomb on me earlier, " I just picked up 2 tickets to go see a play tonight, I thought you might want to go?Ummmmmmmmmmm, yeah, sure I do, hehe oh well. I guess the deerwill still be there next Monday. One thing Ive learned, when you see ALOT of activity, hunt that spot as much as you can until the deer move. The white Oaks are dropping there mast in the area Im hunting. The deer are grazing like cattle but wont be there for too long, I usually see about a week of hard feeding when lots of deer move through, then they all hit another fresh tree.
