It will never happen, thank God! Can you imagine how many sows with cubs would be killed in a spring hunt! The cubs are too young and inexperienced to fend for themselves in the spring, and you could NEVER get everyone out there to shoot at boars only. Look at how many mistaken kills there were in deer season this year. Too many " shoot first, and ask questions later" type of hunters in PA.
