I used to have the same problem trying to load the Scirocco bullets in my Browning Abolt in 7mm RM. My only solution was to change bullets as loading them as deep as required to fit in the magazine resulted in poor accuracy.

Only other option would be to see if there is any material in your stock/magazine that can be removed by a gunsmith to allow the bullets to be seated with larger OAL.
