Well, Gordo84 and I got a good workout climbing those snowy roads this morning. We didn't see hide nor hair, wait feathers, of a single turkey. I did realize just how out of shape I've gotten since bow season ended. Man it sure was great to get out there and look around though. Nothing like a walk in the snow in timber to soothe the soul. I sure would have liked to find birds though. As Gordo84 said, we did come away with some real good leads from a local sporting goods store owner who hunts turkeys in the area. He even drew the spots on a map, right after I bought it from him. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
