Do they have cams that are password or number code protected ? That would be the way to go once its turned off you need a password or number code to use it again.
Yes they did ,I havent seen them in 5 yrs but I think it was a highlander or cuddleback,(not sure on either)?
It ddident stop the theft but they coulldent use it
