Why do you hunt in the first place?

I hunt because I like being outside, I need the exercise,and I love the meat. I don't take it any more serious than that. This is aside from the feeling of accomplishment when I harvest an animal. You've probablybecome numb to that feeling after numerous kills. Like the others have said, mentoring a kid or a newer hunter might restore that enthusiasm.
