You are really going have to see what works for you.I would hunt them all because you are not going to want to be in the same stand day after day. I would also think 5:00pm is OK to be settled in but thats hard to tell without seeing the activity on a scouting cam. Everyday in the am when you shower you can use the scent free soaps and lots of scent killer when you head out to your stand in the evening.
