Anybody used the 180 gr Nosler Parts in a 50 cal with 100 gr pyrodex? (or other load combos)

How do they perform, group?
What velocity and drop did you experience?
How about on game? (Deer - mulies and whitetails)
209 or 10/11?

I have heard a lot about this bullet and a couple buddies are sold on switching. I thought I' d check here for thoughts/info.
