Jeff: Great evidence of how devastating these heads truly are. Out of the 3 deer I shot with these heads last year, 2x of them had holes EXACTLY like that. It's funny.......just last week theres an entire thread of bashing on Rage from people that never tried them but once someone that actually tries them and puts up a picture like this that shows the hatchet wound holes these things create.........................and now allthe naysayers are silent. [8D] I wouldn't suggest or promote them unless I honestly thought they were the best thing for me.

For the record, these heads do not need the extra rubber bands that I choose to place on them. All 3 of the deer I shot at last year were killed with heads that didn't have rubber bands, it's just that they may open if you bump the head on something hard while on stand and the band makes that problem go away......if your careful with them I have no doubt they will do what they need to every single time........if it's closed when you release the arrow I have no doubt that it will stay closed until it hits.
