Check near swamps if you have any close by. Look for torn up old logs, rolled logs and flipped rocks. They leave this kind ofsign while looking for food.Also watch for scratches on trees. If you can find any droppings try to figure out what there feeding on. Keep your eyes open as this stuff can be hard to spot and easy to overlook. It differs state to state but its a start.
