People get on their high horse about lots of things. I don't see why bow brands would be any different.

Around here the price difference between a Guardian, Drenalin and Vectrix isn't all that much (at least
relatively speaking) - probably only about a $50 difference.

And people act like the Diamond Black Ice is a such a deal, well it is $650.00 bare bow, about
$60 less than you can get an Allegiance.

Matthews isn't priced that high compared to the others. If I preferred it I would have bought it.
