I'd go with the 420. With fuel injection you can ride down on the farm one weekend then head up to the mountains the next without having to re-jet your machine. That extra power will be nice too. The straight axle and lower ground clearance will make for a little rougher ride, but it definately won't keep you from going anywhere as long as you have good skid plates. And since it's a Honda, it'll never break down. Disregard the previous poster's comment that you should get an Arctic Crap.
