I had the Tranquilizer on my Hoyt and my Drton prior to that. It was a good stabilizer for reducing noise but did very little for added weight or balance. The Sims is much better for balance.

Having said that I just got a Doinker (5.75 inch 12 oz flex stabilizer) from Hoyt that is a little shorter than the 7 inch hunter version. I think the Doinker is much better than either of the 2 listed above.
