So you guys don't tend to think that deer travel in relation to wind currents? It would seem logical, to me, that they would want to keep that crosswind. This is my theory.....Let's say they are walking into the wind.....The ONLY direction they will smell danger is directly in front of them, which, by the way, they can alsosee. Now, if they have that crosswind, they have both the left and the right, can see in front of them, and can hear behind them.....That's the theory, anyway...

edit: yeah, I just read that again...they don't have BOTH the left and right.....that just won't work....
