Im not going to lie to you! they suck really really bad in the begining! your lips always get caught in them, or your cheek get caught in them, they make your mout bleed! but after 2 weeks or so you hardly even know they are there! and yes the tightinings do suck as well but they only hurt the next day, after that back to normal! good luck, and they really arent that bad!
