On the back of the liquid, it says also use as a cover scent on clothing. I guess thats why its legal to use here. The guy that was selling it said he talked to the DEC guy, and said thats the only thing he could sell like that is the liquid.
Im just hoping hes not lieing to me, and i will get in trouble I would love to use it, cause the area i hunt changes every day, i hunt public land and theres 40 diffrent spots, and theres no gurantee you can get the same spot twice. Not to mention its so thick, the deer have to come within 20 yards for me to even see it.
