I had heard that bubber boots will possibly stop a snake's poison from getting into you.Possible..I just didn't want to chance it.. I have 16" rubber boots that I wear. I agree you cannot be too safe to a point. I just want to be sure the money for snake bootsis justified. Anyone else have some snake stories at Green Swamp or elsewhere? I beleive there is on average one snake bite fatility a year in florida. So I kind of think getting bit by a snake is slim. Anyone have any facts or stories?
