I'm not sure about any of this, it seems like more stereotypical rumors than anything else. Towing an ATV from the city to hunt for a day? Please... And listen - my garage costs $375 a month and it excludes trailers of any kind. Umm... where are all these city ATVs hiding?
I don't know where in NYC you live, but come on out to the Flushing, Whitestone, Bayside areas of Queens where people own their own homes with garages and you will see that many hunters also own ATV's that they haul up with them. Have you not seen the many trucks that haul them on the Thruway during hunting season? Many only go up for a few day. It doesn't make sense to me either, but they bring them up nonetheless.
